Your UNTOLDMOULD Kit is complete with:

• Reusable Pump
• Outdoor AirTrap Mini
• Indoor AirTrap Minis (1, 2 or 3)
• Prepaid AirTrap Mini Return Box

Pre - Testing Prep: 

Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible 2-3 days before testing. Turn off all air filters and purifiers during this time. If your space has been renovated recently, ensure any debris is cleared away. 

Day of Testing: 

Choose a day when it's not raining or snowing for the best results. Keep heating and/or AC systems on to allow air to circulate for accurate readings. Avoid mowing the grass, raking leaves, or disturbing the property. 

Ticked all the above boxes? You're all set! Just remember, all samples must be collected at the same property, on the same day, and within one hour. Failing to follow these guidelines may invalidate your results.

Focus on rooms where people often experience symptoms, have a history of water damage, or show signs of excess moisture or mould. Also, consider high-traffic areas. Label each AirTrap with the chosen spaces, and be sure to use the green pre-labeled AirTrap for the outdoor test — this is essential.

Take the Pump out of the box and insert the four new AA alkaline batteries provided. 

Note:

• A green light on top means the batteries are installed correctly. If there’s no light, check the battery placement and try again. 
• Feel free to share the Pump with others! But if you receive it with batteries already inside, replace them with fresh, brand-name batteries for the best results.

Take the green pre-labeled 'Outdoor' AirTrap Mini from the box. Open the caps on both ends and attach it to the Pump.

Place the Pump outside on a clean surface, 5-10 feet from the most-used entrance and at least 30” above the ground. Press the black button on top to start. The light will turn RED for 5 minutes during sampling, then switch back to GREEN when done. 

Remove the AirTrap Mini, close the caps, and place it back in the box.

Note: The outdoor sample is crucial for accurate analysis and report generation.

Go to the indoor location(s) you want to sample. Just like with the outdoor sample, label the next unused AirTrap Mini with the room name.

Remove the AirTrap Mini caps and attach it to the Pump. Place the pump on a clean surface at least 30 inches off the floor, near the centre of the room. Press the black button to start—sampling takes 5 minutes.

Once finished, seal the caps and return the AirTrap Mini to the box. Repeat this process around your home with the remaining unused AirTrap Minis.

Ensure all AirTrap Minis are placed back in the box and the return postage sticker is securely attached to the outside of the box.

Drop the box in the mail — no return postage required within the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary, and you'll receive a notification as soon as the lab receives your samples.

Once your sample arrives at the lab, you'll receive a notification via email. Your personalised AI report will be generated within three business days and delivered electronically via email.
